The official timeline and deadline details for tender for sac unit , dismantling ac , covering hole , itc of ac , copper pipe , cable , iron structure , ms stand , water pipe , mcb, supply installation testing and commissioning of 10 nos sac for cntx east telephone bhawan kolkata, supply of 1.5 tr inverter type 5 star rated split air conditioner unit having nominal cooling capacity of 4536 kcal per hr , 5275 watts and as per bee star rating minimum iseer of 5.6 with temperature control thermistor , remote control unit , filters , rotary or scroll or swing type compressor , copper tubes for both indoor and outdoor unit , refrigerant gas with topping up of refrigerant if required , transportation of all of the above to various sites and supplying the following upto the length of 3 mtrs etc as reqd. 1. hot and cold refrigerant piping . 2. suitable connecting electrical cable between indoor and outdoor unit . 3 .pvc drain pipe of suitable size . note . 1 . the manufacturers or suppliers shall give a warranty of the air conditioner for 15 months from date of supply or 12 months from date of installation , which is earlier , thereafter 4 years additional warranty on the compressor and indoor & outdoor units pcb., dismantling of existing split ac unit - indoor and outdoor units along with interconnecting cu pipe and cable, power connection cable etc. and storing at place shown by exch. in charge etc. as reqd., covering the opening in wall by metal plate/cement brick in case of brick wall subsequent to removal of old wac units to avoid any leakage of cool air etc. complete as required., installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 tr 5 star inverter type split ac unit along with hot and cold refrigerant copper piping, copper conductor flexible connecting electrical cable & pvc drain pipe up to the standard length of 3 mtrs. (as supplied under item 1) including leak testing entire system, gas charging, insulating the refrigerant pipe and making opening in wall and making good the damages, making power supply connections from the power point etc. complete as required., providing and fixing of additional refrigerant copper piping i. e. for hot & cold line of suitable size to match with the pipeline of the new split ac units, over and above 3 mtrs length wherever required along with suitable size rubber foam insulation on surface of the wall including necessary flare nuts, suitably brazing with the existing pipe, clamping, making holes in walls & additional gas charging if required etc. as per site requirement complete as reqd. note - the length of refrigerant pipes supplied with each ac units is 3 mtrs. extra length shall be paid extra for which firm shall quote their unit rates. only single run will be measured for both i. e. hot gas and cold liquid line refrigerant pipes., supplying and laying 4 core 2.5 sq.mm. pvc insulated and pvc sheathed flexible copper cable along with refrigerant pipe or along with existing conduit or cable tray including binding with plastic tags for extending supply from existing industrial socket to indoor unit etc. as required. make any isi mark . note the length of copper cable supplied with each unit is 3 mtrs. extra length shall be paid extra for which firm shall quote their unit rates., supplying and fixing of iron stand made out of 40mm x 40mm x 5mm thick angle iron for mounting outdoor unit of the above ac as per manufacturer i/c providing other necessary hardware, painting etc. complete as required., supplying & fixing of powder coated ms frame stand comprising of two numbers bracket made of heavy duty ms sheet to accommodate the condenser (outdoor) unit for fixing on the wall with suitable diameter and length of anchor fast bolts and making good the damages etc. as per site requirement., supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia isi mark heavy duty pvc pipe with accessories for drain water connection, over and above 3 mtrs length wherever required etc. complete as required., supplying and fixing dp sheet steel enclosure on surface or recess along with 25 or 32 a 240 v c curve dp mcb complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. are available inside the detailed notification files.
